巨型工程

巨型工程指的是那些巨额投资兴建的建筑或工程计划。一般多为昂贵的公共项目。巨型工程投资一般不会少于10亿美元^[1]

巨型工程包括：桥梁、隧道、高速公路、铁路、机场、码头、发电站、大坝、污水处理工程、石油天然气开发、公共建筑、信息技术系统、航空航天以及武器开发。
